To confidentially report undesirable behaviours or misconduct such as unethical, unlawful or fraudulent activity involving Spinal Life, we encourage you to contact our independent Whistleblower Reporting service provider, Your Call.
You can contact Your Call directly by:
- calling 1300 790 228 (Monday to Friday, 9am – 12am AEST, excluding public holidays); or
- making an online submission 24/7 at yourcall.com.au/report.
When speaking with Your Call please quote our organisation ID: “Spinal”
Your Call will advise you if the issue you wish to report should be dealt with as an eligible whistleblowing matter, or whether to provide this information via Spinal Life’s feedback channels or other processes.
