Living with Spinal Cord Damage

We know from experience that acquiring a spinal cord injury can be traumatic and seem overwhelming for people with the injury and their loved ones. These resources have been developed to help you understand the journey to a ‘new normal’. Each section provides insights into various aspects of living with a spinal cord injury and how to take life back. Please remember, you are not alone in your journey. There is a pathway back to independence, and there are many people here to assist you. We are here for you, as is the wider community of people who are living full, rewarding and enjoyable lives post injury.
