Spinal Life Australia is constantly advocating for a fairer, more equitable and inclusive Australia for all.
For more than 60 years we’ve been proudly representing our members on issues that matter most to them. We advocate at all levels, from individual and community issues to state matters and national campaigns. With our members, we undertake independent research, submit publications and influence government policy reform on key issues affecting the disability community.
Spinal Life is passionate about individual advocacy and supporting people with spinal cord damage to live life their way. If you or someone you know is experiencing discrimination or barriers in work or the community let us know. We can help.

See how we’ve made a difference
Together, we’ve been successful in making positive changes both for individuals and the community. We’ve improved taxi subsidy schemes, access to tourism opportunities, lobbied for better public transportation safety and we’ve made tangible differences in the lives of individuals.
