Join more than a home care provider
We offer a variety of positions, from corporate and business to personal support. No matter your role, you’ll play an important part in delivering our extensive services, responding to the unique needs of our members and clients and supporting the organisation’s growth. You will share our focus on empowering people to achieve equity and inclusion.
Corporate roles
Behind those who provide direct support to our members and clients is a team of professionals helping to grow our organisation in corporate and business roles.
As part of this team, you’ll experience an environment where your everyday work has huge purpose and meaning. You’ll understand the unique needs of our communities and in everything you do, you’ll drive us forward as the leader in specialist support services.
We’ll welcome your unique personality, offer you flexibility in return for your dedication and will always support and encourage your goals.
Personal Support Worker roles
As a Personal Support Worker with Spinal Life, you’ll see your work as more than ‘just a job’. Joining our specialist team, you’ll provide everyday support to people with spinal cord damage and related physical disabilities and will be proud of our quality services.
We believe that the best care never intrudes on our clients’ personal lives. You’ll be professional and reliable as you support our clients to live the lifestyle they independently choose. From mobility assistance and showering to grooming, toileting and helping around the house – you’ll always be caring and respectful towards those you support.
Each person we support is unique, so we need a team of diverse people to match our community. We’ll welcome who you are and value the contribution you make to our organisation and our clients’ lives.
