We offer an information service to members and clients; their families, and carers; to community service workers; professionals; students and the wider community. The service can assist with enquiries that relate to living with a physical disability and can refer to other services within the organisation or externally as appropriate.
Examples of enquiries can include community services and supports, holiday accommodation, aids and equipment, and building requirements for mobility access. There is not a question that is not worth asking!
We also collect and make available a wide range of information relating to spinal cord injury, post polio and transverse myelitis, along with general information on disability, and have a small library with materials and resources for members to borrow. To help individuals source and sell specialist equipment and other items, we offer a classifieds service.
