Some of the world’s leading minds in spinal cord injury research will gather in Brisbane this November to share their insights at the upcoming 2017 Australian and New Zealand Spinal Cord Society (ANZSCoS) Annual Scientific Meeting.
Expert presenters will discuss a wide variety of topics over the three-day event, including rehabilitation and navigating the NDIS.
We are proud to be the Platinum Sponsor of the conference, which will be the only major spinal cord injury conference in Australia and New Zealand this year.
Spinal Life Australia Executive Manager, Frances Porter, said the event was a great opportunity to hear about the latest spinal injury research from around the world.
“Spinal Life Australia and the Australian and New Zealand Spinal Cord Society have similar goals – to help deliver the best outcomes for people with a spinal cord injury,” Ms Porter said.
“We are thrilled that Brisbane has been chosen to host this year’s conference and just as thrilled to play a major part in the proceedings as the Platinum Sponsor.
“We will be also hosting our own display at the event showcasing some of the work we do in supporting people with spinal injuries and our team will be attending a number of exciting workshops throughout the event.”
The 2017 Annual Scientific Meeting will be held at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre from 15 – 17 November.
