Dr Amrita Prasad will share her advice and insights on pain management during our third and final Transverse Myelitis awareness event for 2017.
Dr Prasad is the Pain Medicine Registrar at the Princess Alexandra Hospital and will be discussing pain management solutions for people with Transverse Myelitis, a rare neurological condition that causes inflammation of the spinal cord.
The event will be held at Spinal Life Australia’s Brisbane office on Monday, 6 November and is open to anyone who would like to learn more about pain management or Transverse Myelitis.

The event will also feature insights and updates from experienced physiotherapist Anthony Nakhle and NDIS Transition Officer Samantha Kent.
