With Christmas just around the corner, we would like to advise you of our office closures over the holiday season.
All our offices will be closed from 4pm Friday 21 December and will reopen at 8.30am on Thursday 27 December.
For the New Year period, we will be closed from 5pm Friday 28 December and will reopen at 8.30am on Wednesday 2 January.
All of our services, including Allied Health and Member Services, will not be operating during these times.
Our Personal Support and Home Care Services will still be continuing throughout the Christmas and New Year period.
During our office closure periods, Personal Support and Home Care Services clients can contact our After Hours team for urgent shift fill matters, otherwise we will respond to your enquiry on the next business day.
Our Supports Coordination and Plan Management services will also be closed over the entire Christmas and New Year period, from 4pm Friday 21 December until 8.30am Wednesday 2 January.
The team will continue coordinating your supports and claiming/processing invoices during this time, but will respond to phone messages and emails once we reopen.
