With over 55 years of experience in supporting people with spinal cord injuries and related physical disabilities, Spinal Life Australia offers unique insight, expertise and professionalism backed by state-wide resources to help you navigate the NDIS. Our focus is on developing an individual’s capacity and skills to live and manage their own lives. We do this by providing personally tailored information and allied health, employment, community and in home personal care services.
Our Supports Coordination is a NDIS funded role independent of other services. Our Supports Coordinators can help you understand and activate your NDIS plan, and connect you with the supports and services in your community.
Bringing your NDIS plan to life
Our Supports Coordinators will guide you through the steps to help you understand your NDIS Plan. They will also assist you to establish the supports that you need to achieve your goals.
With Supports Coordination through Spinal Life Australia, we can provide you assistance to:
- help you understand your NDIS plan
- annually review your plan and set goals
- research and evaluate services and providers to best suit your needs
- obtain quotes for services from the relevant providers
- liaise with the NDIA and other government agencies
- develop your skills so you can take control of your plan in the future.
The funding for Plan Management – Financial Administration and Supports Coordination services is provided by the NDIA if they are part of your plan, regardless of your disability.
To take up either of our Plan Management – Financial Administration or Supports Coordination services you will need to have funding for these included in your NDIS plan – so no need to worry about any additional out of pocket expenses.
