The Spinal Life Healthy Living Centre features a fully accessible gym, outfitted with the latest equipment from HUR Australia.

The gym will open on 3 February 2020 and operate between 7am and 7pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 2pm on Saturdays and Sunday.

Annual gym membership for 2020 is $600 (exc GST).

Gym members also receive a free screening and orientation of the gym and available equipment before their first work out.

To really get the most out of your routine, our professional staff can also work with you on the development of a fitness program at an additional cost.
