We take a holistic view towards the family and work lives of our employees and help staff balance work responsibilities with their family commitments in the following ways:

Through our status as a Public Benevolent Institution, we can offer permanent staff the opportunity to receive a component of their salary tax free. This is referred to as Salary Packaging.
This tax-free sum can be used to pay expenses nominated by the staff member, such as their home loan, rent, credit card, personal loans, electricity, telephone, council rates, school fees – virtually anything you receive a receipt for (apart from investments).
