Workforce Planning Officer — Recruitment

 As a member of the Workforce Planning Team, this role is responsible for a variety of transactional services that support the delivery of client services within our Personal Support Plus department.

The role includes but is not limited to the recruitment and selection of Personal Care Assistants. You will communicate directly with potential candidates, office-based staff, Personal Support Workers and the client in the delivery of these transactional services.

• Demonstrated recruitment experience

• Demonstrated customer service experience

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent problem solving, time management & organisational skills with the ability in working to tight deadlines

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook/Word and other database applications
