Workforce planning officer

As a member of the Workforce Planning Team this role is responsible for a variety of transactional services that support the delivery of client services within our Personal Support Plus department.  Reporting to the Team Leader – Workforce Planning, you will maintain service delivery through the creation of temporary rosters and the filling of vacant shifts by Personal Support Workers.  This role communicates directly with the Personal Care Assistant and the Client in the delivery of these transactional services.

What’s needed to be successful?

  • Demonstrated customer service experience
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • An aptitude for database management and reporting
  • A strong commitment to process

Previous experience in workforce planning or rostering would be an advantage.
