Team Leader – Service Delivery
The Spinal Injuries Association is a not-for-profit organisation providing specialised services for people living with a spinal cord injury across Queensland. We are looking for an amazing Team Leader to deliver quality support to a team of people who provide services to our clients in our personal care service as well as manage their own smaller case load. This includes; service delivery in accordance with the support plan, proactive support of personal support workers, high level complaint management and day to day decision-making.
What you will need to deliver for us?
• Great results for clients & staff
• Quality service delivery in accordance with support plans and within individual client budgets both for own client caseload and team caseload.
• An effective service delivery team who have the relevant values, skills, knowledge and competencies to support state-wide service delivery to clients of Personal Support Plus.
What’s needed to be successful?
• Ability to co-ordinate and manage a variety of tasks that deliver results.
• Strong communication skills and can demonstrate previous experience in negotiation, mediation and resolution of conflict
• Experience in staff supervision, development and retention
Previous experience in the delivery of human services to people with disabilities would be highly desirable
