Receptionist – part time

  • Do you have experience working a busy switch board and have great administration skills?

We are seeking a well presented, professional person with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service to be the first point of contact for our dynamic organisation. This is a job share opportunity and you would be required to support the Association for approximately 20 hours per week.

Your role will involve fielding calls from the public, our members and stakeholders as well as greeting visitors.

The successful applicant will be required to demonstrate:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills
  • A high level attention to detail
  • Enjoys working both autonomously and as part of a team
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to working 
  • A “can do” approach to providing service to internal and external clients
