You will have to be:

You will need to have extensive experience in:
- Providing high level support and advice on current IR issues.
- Developing policies and processes that underpin people strategies.
- Implementing projects and solutions that have made a positive impact.
- Working in a business partnering model that supported leaders in achieving high performance results.
