Client Service Officer

Our service delivery area is continually evolving and needs a dynamic, committed and enthusiastic person to take on the role of Client Service Officer.  Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, you will be primarily responsible for the management and continuous improvement of service delivery to a portfolio of clients within the Personal Support Plus department.  This includes support, development, retention and performance monitoring of Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) and holistic client management including responsibility for funding, care plans, induction and orientation of new clients and the assessment of client services.

What’s needed to be successful?

  • Ability to co-ordinate and manage a variety of tasks that deliver results.
  • Experience in staff supervision, development and retention.
  • Strong communication skills and demonstration of previous experience in negotiation, mediation and resolution of conflict.

Previous experience in the delivery of human services to people with disabilities would be highly desirable.
