Client Service Officer
Due to an increase in demand for our services, we are currently recruiting an experienced and motivated Client Service Officer to join our team. Reporting to a Team Leader, you will be primarily responsible for the management and continuous improvement of service delivery to a portfolio of clients within the Personal Support Plus department. This includes support, development, retention and performance monitoring of Personal Support Workers, and client management including responsibility for funding, care plans, induction and orientation of new clients and the assessment of client services.
