Equipment Hire

The Association’s Equipment Hire service is available to people who have a disability or anyone in the community who requires equipment for a flexible time period.

Items available for hire include:

  • manual wheelchairs
  • pressure relieving cushions and mattresses
  • shower chairs
  • hoists and slings
  • portable ramps and bed blocks.

Fee schedule

Financial ordinary members of the Association are given priority and offered a discounted fee for this service. A standard rate of hire applies to associate members, non-financial ordinary members and other hirers or clients.

Freight

The Equipment Hire service organises the freight, however the freight and postage charges are the responsibility of the hirer.
