Are you interested in gaining specialised skills in working with clients who have a spinal cord injury?
This role is an exciting step into the disability sector. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our Spinal Advisory Service based in our Brisbane office.
The Occupational Therapist position assists people with a spinal cord injury, throughout Brisbane and its regions with the provision of information, clinical assessments, advice and support to meet individuals’ health and lifestyle needs.
What’s needed to be successful?
You will be a dynamic individual, be able to demonstrate a proven track record of positive client outcomes, be a good team player and be able to work autonomously when required. Additional requirements would be:
- Registered Occupational Therapist
- Are self-motivated, able to work independently and innovative in your practice.
Previous experience in the community sector, seating assessment and equipment prescription would be an advantage.
