Lunch with rugby legends
Rugby will be on the menu at the third annual Classic Wallabies Luncheon on Friday, 18 April. Memories and magic moments from on and off the field will be dished up by rugby legends throughout the 4.5 hour lunch in the Plaza Ballroom of the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre.
About 800 guests will listen to headline guest speaker and radio great Alan Jones, along with a panel of Classic Wallabies including Mark Connors, Tom Lawton and Brendan Cannon, led by panel chairman Bill Ross.
Now in its third year, the Classic Wallabies Luncheon is hoping to raise $100,000 for the Spinal Injuries Association, bringing the total amount of funds raised from these events to $250,000.
